Welcome to Tritam Moksha Spa & Beauty. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, treatments and services at our spa in Sector 35-C, Chandigarh. By booking or visiting us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
You can book a treatment by calling us or by visiting the spa. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we recommend booking ahead so we can reserve your preferred therapist and time slot. To confirm certain treatments and packages, we may ask for a few basic details at the time of booking.
The price confirmed with you over the phone at the time of booking is final. Any prices shown on our website, brochures or social media are for general guidance only and may change without notice. Some treatments, add-ons such as a jacuzzi, and seasonal packages are charged in addition to the base treatment. If you have any doubt about the cost of a treatment, please call us before your visit and we will confirm the final price for you.
From time to time we offer introductory prices, seasonal packages and special promotions. These offers are limited, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. The final price payable is always the amount confirmed by us over the phone or at the spa reception.
Payment is due in full at the spa on the day of your treatment, unless we have agreed otherwise in advance. We accept the payment methods displayed at our reception. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another guest. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened so that following appointments are not delayed. The full treatment price may still apply.
Please tell us before your treatment about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or other health concerns, so our therapists can adapt the treatment or recommend a suitable option. Our treatments are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you are unwell or unsure whether a treatment is right for you, please consult a doctor first.
All treatments at Tritam Moksha are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. We ask all guests to treat our therapists and staff with courtesy and respect. Any inappropriate behaviour, request or language will not be tolerated and may result in the treatment being stopped immediately, with the full amount still payable and entry refused in future.
Any gift vouchers or prepaid packages are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise. Please quote your voucher or package details when booking.
Please keep your personal belongings with you or in the space provided. Tritam Moksha is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items brought to the spa.
We take great care to provide safe, professional treatments. To the extent permitted by law, Tritam Moksha is not liable for any indirect or unforeseen loss, and our total responsibility for any treatment is limited to the amount you paid for that treatment.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies to your booking. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
